A portion of Winefest ticket proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

All Winefest guests must be 21 years of age or over and proper identification will be required.

Ticket Purchase & Return Policies
Tickets may be purchased online at www.bernswinefest.com or at our wine shop, Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits. The Wine Shop is located at 1002 S. Howard Ave. Please visit The Shop in person to purchase tickets. We cannot take Winefest ticket orders over the phone. This policy is to protect you.

Tickets purchased online will be mailed to your mailing address via regular mail within approximately 3 business days. If you choose the Fed Ex option, your tickets will be Fed Ex'ed next business day for a $25 fee.  Bern’s is not responsible for lost mail.

Tickets ordered online will no longer be mailed after March 31, 2008. If you purchase event tickets after March 31 and would like to pick them up in advance of the event, please send an email to laura@bernssteakhouse.com or call the Bern’s Marketing Office at 813.253.0358 to make those arrangements.

Tickets will no longer be available online for purchase after April 8, 2008. To purchase tickets after this date you must visit the Wine Shop or purchase at the door. Based on availability.

Lost or Forgotten Tickets
Tickets are required in order to gain entry to Winefest events. If you forget or lose your ticket, we will require a deposit in the amount of the ticket(s) lost which will only be refunded when the full, unused ticket(s) are returned to Bern’s Steak House within 30 days of the event.

Refunds
There are no refunds for the purchase price of unused tickets.
